WHAT IS A TESTER PERFUME?
Tester Perfumes have the exact same fragrance as the original. Testers usually come with a white or brown box and sometimes with “Tester Perfume” label. Testers may come with or without a cap — it depends on how it was originally produced by the manufacturer.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORIGINAL AND AUTHENTIC?
All the tester perfumes that we sell are original and authentic in the sense that we are working with direct manufacturers. BUT we DO NOT claim it as original perfumes like what you see in the malls. Yes, it has the same packaging as the original perfumes (serves as a guide only) but these are tester perfumes ONLY. If you want to order original perfumes, you can always find them in the malls near you. Our tester perfumes can also be your guide in finding the best original perfume that suits you before buying one.

WHY ARE YOUR ITEMS CHEAPER?
Our goal is to provide an opportunity for our Distributors to earn EXTRA INCOME — this is the reason why we offer wholesale price. Our items are cheaper because we get them directly from the manufacturers.

Yes, we do. And we always get repeat orders and satisfied customers — this is something that we are proud of.

 

ARE YOUR TESTER PERFUMES DUBAI OR US MADE?
We don’t want to cause any trouble with other (online) tester perfume businesses but it’s our obligation to be transparent to our clients. We get our products directly from the manufacturer in China. These are high-quality tester perfumes and we don’t want to label it as Dubai or US testers.

HOW TO PAY?
Our mode of payments are:
– BDO Bank Deposit/Online Transfer
– BPI Bank Deposit/Online Transfer
– CREDIT CARD PAYMENT (MasterCard/Visa)
– Palawan Express
– Cebuana Lhuillier

 

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
We make sure that the items are “quality-checked” more than twice before we ship the orders.
– In case there’s a defective item (sprayer issue, scent longetivity, etc.) our clients have 7 days (upon receipt of the orders) to advise us.
– We cannot refund or replace items if it was ordered by mistake or if the client just simply wants to change it.
– We cannot refund or replace items that have been used already.
– We cannot refund or replace items if the items have been damaged during the delivery.

 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Since we are B2B, at the moment, we ship by batch to our distributors/customers.

Here’s our current schedule for shipping/cut-off:

Saturday-Monday orders:
Monday 8 pm cut-off
The courier will pick-up the items Tuesday afternoon.

Tuesday-Wednesday orders:
Wednesday 8 pm cut off
The courier will pick-up the items Thursday afternoon.

Thursday-Friday orders:
Friday 8 pm cut-off
The courier will pick-up the items Saturday afternoon.

Our current courier is MJS Express Courier. If it’s a provincial address, they forward the orders to LBC.

You can track your orders on their site. The tracking number will be sent on the “shipping day”.

We can also do DROP SHIP for our distributors.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
Manila: 1-2 business days
Provincial: 3-5 business days

MEET-UP
We can do meet-up at Metropoint Pasay at the moment. The orders SHOULD be 6pcs or more.

There’s a handling fee of 100 pesos.
TIME: Between 9:00-10:00am ONLY
Meet-up depends on the availability of our staff.
